1. RETURN POLICY PERIOD
Standard Items: 30 days from delivery date
Custom/Final Sale Items: Non-returnable (e.g., special painted editions, limited numbered items, pre-order bonuses)
2. RETURN CONDITIONS ✅
Items must be:
Unopened and undisplayed
In original factory packaging (including plastic seals, inner padding, accessories)
Include all bonuses (postcards, background boards, etc.) and authentication cards
Exception: Factory defects are covered under warranty
3. RETURN PROCESS
① Email [email protected] with: Order number + unboxing video/multi-angle photos
② After review, we will send an SF Express prepaid insured shipping label
③ Secure the original box with bubble wrap and ship using the outer box
4. REFUND TIMELINE
Processed within 3-5 business days after warehouse receipt
Automatically refunded to original payment method
5. EXCHANGE SERVICE
Exchange for the same item within 7 days of delivery (subject to stock availability)
Note: Agent versions/Japanese versions cannot be exchanged across different versions due to channel differences
6. DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS
Report within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Full unboxing video
Close-up photos of defect (3+ images)
If it's a quality control issue, we cover round-trip shipping and customs fees
