Welcome to MANGAFIGURA! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and purchase of collectible figures and related products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from MANGAFIGURA (operated by MANGAFIGURA), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or purchase our products.
2. Product Information & Nature of Collectibles
Artistic Variations: Our figures are premium collectibles. Please note that there may be slight variations in paint application, shading, or sculpt details between the production version and prototype images. These minor variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects but contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
Product Images: Every effort is made to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and photography lighting.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. The billing address must match the address associated with your payment method.
4. Custom & Pre-Order Items
Custom/Commissioned Pieces: Orders for custom or commissioned figures are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the production process has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Pre-Orders: By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Pre-orders are binding, and cancellation may not be possible after a specified cutoff date, which will be communicated clearly.
5. Shipping
Shipping and delivery are handled according to our separate Shipping Policy. MANGAFIGURA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our direct control.
6. Returns, Exchanges, & Damaged Items
Returns: Unopened, new figures in their original, sealed packaging may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Final Sale Items: The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened figures (due to the inability to verify condition).
Custom or commissioned pieces.
Clearance or sale items (as marked).
Damaged Upon Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the damage. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MANGAFIGURA or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The unauthorized reproduction or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MANGAFIGURA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of profits or data. Furthermore, we are not liable for damages resulting from improper handling, display, or storage of the collectible after delivery.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
