When announcing their art-stealing intentions, Hitomi, Rui, and Ai always send their calling card, signed with "Cat's Eye." Between 1981 and 1985, the 18-volume manga by Tsukasa Hj was published with great success. Being one of Shonen Jump's most popular titles of all time.
